Restaurant #2 - Roy's

My parents, Chi and I had a nice dinner at Roy's, a Hawaiian fusion restaurant. Majority of the menu is seafood with some turf items. The seafood was so fresh and the flavors were amazing. It was refreshing to taste new ways of fresh seafood. My mom really enjoyed herself! We all started off with Roy's trio sampler of coconut shrimp, grilled Szechuan pork ribs and spicy tuna roll piece; entree choices of marinated pork belly atop of potato puree (taste like butter!), gnocchi with scallops and shrimp and Roy's roasted macadamia nut crusted Mahi Mahi; and ended with a warm pear tart. The experience was on point, the servers and staff were friendly and made our visit pleasant. If you're looking for a nice seafood restaurant in the city, Roy's is an excellent choice!
